David Hinchley

David works with The Nature Conservancy as North Australia Program Manager, with a primary focus on supporting Indigenous land management across the
tropical savanna landscape of northern Australia. He has previously worked with TNC as Director of Palau Country program.
He has a wide range of international experience in community-based resource management, particularly in Nepal, Uganda, Papua New Guinea and Palau and
has worked on forest and natural resource management on public and private lands in Tasmania, New South Wales and Queensland. He has a degree in
forestry from Australian National University and a Masters in Natural Resource Management from New England University.
