Ms Kaye Currey

Kaye has worked on a range of projects focused on capturing the experiences and knowledge of a wide range of conservation practitioners, to understand and improve practice in threatened species management. Kaye’s past research has centred on human–wildlife conflict issues, particularly between flying-foxes and local communities. She will be working with the project team to conduct and synthesise the results of practitioner interviews, and develop case studies to inform the development of a risk-based framework for post-fire management of biodiversity.
