Mr Michael Harrison

Michael is currently employed at Icon Water (ACT), managing a suite of aquatic ecological monitoring programs. Michael completed a Bachelor of Environmental Science (Conservation Biology) at the University of Canberra in 2011 and Master of Biological Anthropology at ANU in 2016.

Prior to joining Icon Water, Mike played various roles for the Parks and Conservation Service as a land manager for various parcels of high profile water catchments. Mike has extensive experience in broad scale land management, including rural lease and licensing, fire management, biosecurity and conservation biology.

Michael is heavily involved with the management of endangered fish species in the ACT and influencing good outcomes for catchment health and water quality.
