Paul Roe

Paul Roe is a professor in the Science and Engineering Faculty at QUT, Brisbane Australia.
He is a computer scientist interested in how technology can benefit environment and community, particularly for new kinds of environmental monitoring.
Paul leads the eco-acoustics research group at QUT which is researching how acoustics can be used to scale ecological monitoring.
He has published over 200 papers and received over $8M in competitive research funding.
